Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or changes in appointments, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. This will avoid being charged in full for any scheduled appointment, program or service not attended.

If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, please inform our receptionist upon booking your treatment, this enables is to assist you in selection the most appropriate treatments.

Spa Etiquette

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, this allows time for you to fill out any consultation forms and get you settles and relaxed ready for your treatment.
